✅ Level One: For beginner wrestlers with little experience.
⚔️ Level Two: For intermediate wrestlers who have a basic foundation and are ready to refine their technique.
💪 Level Three: For experienced wrestlers prepared for advanced training and competition.

We’ll cover our plans, goals, and expectations for the upcoming season.

Here are the pictures from our end of Winter season celebration! ❄️ Their homework Tuesday was to write a letter to their parents thanking them for the opportunities they got this season to compete, without our great parents, none of this would be possible. Second was to write their goals for this summer and we hung them up on the wall as a reminder for what we hope to achieve! We had lots of great food, thanks to Jarrad Schomaker & Thomas D Comire! And ended the night with some parents vs athletes dodgeball!

Thank you to everyone who makes these opportunities possible. They will be memories that these athletes will never forget! ❤️

NEW CLASS ALERT:

Starting Wednesday April 2nd, every Wednesday will be Scrimmage Wrestling followed by No Gi Adult Competition Class!

First, what is Scrimmage Wrestling?
Basically, it is a Hybrid between Greco Roman, and Judo designed to benefit a Jiu-Jitsu ruleset

Second, will we go to wrestling tournaments during wrestling season?
Yes, we will! One of the best ways to improve your game is through competition and adversity!
Just like with our other programs, we do not require competition, that is solely up to you!

Third, will this class be year round?
Yes, it will! During wrestling season, we will focus on learning the wrestling point system, and our kids Judo class will become a secondary wrestling class! Outside of wrestling season, we will focus solely on Scrimmage Wrestling. If your primary goal is wrestling year round, Lebanon has a great wrestling program that I would also recommend Rough Riders Wrestling

Fourth, will there be an additional charge?
For members, this is included at no additional fee!
It will help everyone's JiuJitsu overall, and I try to offer opportunities for everyone to create a very well rounded game! Not limited by the rulesets of sport variations of combat sports!
