Fall Dinner = Cozy Beef Comforts 🍂🍽️

1️⃣ BEEF TIPS
2 lb cubed chuck/stew meat
1 onion (diced)
3 cups beef broth
1 packet onion soup mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire
Salt, pepper, bay leaf
2 tbsp cornstarch + ⅓ cup water
Olive oil, parsley

2️⃣ SMOTHERED MEATBALLS
1 lb ground beef
Breadcrumbs, milk, egg
Garlic, onion, parmesan
Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper
Gravy: onion, butter, flour, beef broth, Worcestershire, kitchen bouquet, parsley

3️⃣ MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST
3 lb beef chuck roast
1 packet Ranch mix
1 packet Au Jus mix
10 pepperoncini
6 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper, onion flakes

4️⃣ ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES
3–4 lb beef roast
Italian seasoning, dressing mix, au jus mix
1 cup beef broth
1 cup pepperoncini
Hoagie rolls
Provolone cheese
