✨ Meet Kelsey! ✨

Kelsey has been training with Core & Curls from home for almost 1 year, and her transformation has been incredible! 💙💪

Her consistency, dedication, and hard work have truly paid off, and we couldn't be more proud of everything she's accomplished.
We're so grateful for amazing members like Kelsey who show up for themselves day after day and trust the process. 🫶

Help us congratulate her on an amazing year of growth and all she's achieved along the way! 👏✨

In July we're switching to an open gym model to better accommodate busy schedules.

A coach will be present to help and answer questions, and your workouts will still be posted in the app with additional options available on the whiteboards. This will be more of an open gym setting, so there will not be any structured group training sessions taking place during these times. Athletes can come in, complete their programming, and get guidance as needed.

Schedule:
▪️Monday & Wednesday - 3:30PM – 5:00PM
▪️ Tuesday & Thursday - 10:00AM – 12:0 PM
▪️ Friday - 11:30AM – 1:30PM

This is a great opportunity to continue to work on individual needs for our current athletes and members and for newcomers its a great opportunity to get acquainted with our programming before the groups fire back up.

💪 Athlete Spotlight:
Tyler Evans

Tyler has been training for about three years. He originally started coming to The Field to improve his football performance, but it didn’t take long for him to realize that weightlifting was where he truly excelled. What started as training for another sport quickly became a passion and his primary focus.
Over the years, weightlifting has helped Tyler build confidence and become stronger not just physically, but mentally as well. The discipline, consistency, and challenges of the sport have shaped him into the athlete and person he is today.
His favorite Olympic lift is the clean and jerk because of the strength it demands. While the sn**ch can be one of the most challenging lifts due to the balance and precision required overhead, that’s exactly what makes it fun. For Tyler, there’s always something new to improve.
One of his favorite parts of training is having a place to blow off steam from the day and focus on becoming better. The gym has become more than just a place to work out it’s a place to grow.
When asked what he’s most proud of, Tyler points to how far he’s come since first picking up a barbell. He knows that if he had never started weightlifting, he would be a completely different person today.
His advice for anyone chasing a goal:
“Strive to be better in every way you can, and don’t be afraid to shoot big.”

We’re proud to have Tyler representing Lebanon Barbell Club and can’t wait to see what the future holds for him. 🏋️‍♂️🔥
