Dear Ebenezer Families,

Ebenezer Elementary School is excited to begin the journey of bringing a certified facility dog to our school through the Tails of Valor Community Canine Program!

This initiative is about much more than adding a furry friend to our building. A trained facility dog can help students with emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, encourage academic engagement, and support a positive school climate. Our nearly 500 K-5 students would benefit tremendously from this additional support, especially alongside our counseling services, autistic support programs, life skills classrooms, and trauma-informed practices.

Research has shown that facility dogs in schools can:
🐾 Reduce student stress and anxiety
🐾 Improve emotional regulation and coping skills
🐾 Increase student attendance and engagement
🐾 Encourage reading confidence and academic participation
🐾 Build positive relationships and school connectedness
🐾 Create a calmer, more supportive learning environment

Teacher appreciation week The PTE will be providing 2 lunches for the teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. We could use your help with stocking the teacher's lounge with individuly packed snacks, drinks, and desserts for the week. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Come out to Ebenezer Elementary for our Spring Carnival from 10am-2pm! Face Painting, Balloon Artists, Games, Food Trucks, and Raffle Baskets galore!

Make sure to come to the carnival this Saturday for a chance to win one of these amazing raffle baskets donated by our students.

Raffle tickets are 1 ticket for $1, 6 tickets for $5 or 15 tickets for $10.

Games tickets are 6 tickets for $5 or 15 tickets for $10.

Tickets will be sold for cash only!

More raffle baskets donated by our 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms. Stop by our carnival on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Game and raffle tickets are cash only.

Our school carnival is this Saturday, April 11th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. There will be carnival games, mini golf, face painting, balloon animals, food trucks, raffle baskets and lots of fun! Here are some of our raffle baskets donated by our kindergarten and 1st grade classes.
