Progress update from Lebanon Steel Works! 🛠️ The team recently completed a new slab pour, overcoming tight logistics by buggying concrete in from Lincoln Street. The future is taking shape here in Lebanon!

Today marks Mike’s final day at Funk Construction. He has been a vital part of our team for exactly 39 years and 7 ½ months (but hey, who’s counting?).

Mike, it has been an absolute honor to have you with us at Funk for nearly four decades. Your dedication has left a mark, and you will be deeply missed both on and off the job site.

We wish you nothing but the best as you step into this exciting new chapter. Here’s to many well-deserved years of relaxation, hunting, and fishing. 🎣

🌟 Project Spotlight: Caring Cupboard 🌟 Funk Construction is proud to be the construction partner for the Caring Cupboard’s new 21,000-square-foot facility in Palmyra. This project will include a food pantry, community space, and 12 affordable housing units to better serve the local community.

Construction is underway, with the first foundation being placed. We’re excited to help bring this meaningful project to life and support a mission that makes a real difference. 🏗️❤️

Project Spotlight: Jubilee Ministries 🚧🏗️✨

We are adding a three-stop freight elevator to the historic former Milsan Mills factory in Lebanon, which Jubilee has operated as a thrift store since 2000.

The new elevator will help workers and volunteers move clothing and furniture throughout the building more easily 📦🛋️⬆️

This upgrade will support Jubilee’s prison ministry programs ❤️, and we’re proud to be part of a project that serves our community 🤝🏽.

Today, we pause to honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we get to do what we do, build, grow, and work alongside the people we care about. That's not something we take lightly.

Excavation and site work are underway at The Woods at Cornwall Manor! 🌳

Right next to The Clubhouse, this new building will offer stylish and spacious senior living apartments within the beautiful wooded-acre campus.

Our favorite annual tradition is back! 🎉 This week we celebrated our team cookout and company meeting. It was the perfect opportunity for the Funk Construction team to come together, enjoy a meal, catch up on project updates, and discuss important company news.

We also want to give a big shoutout to our quarterly Safety Award winners! 🏆 Your hard work and dedication to keeping our job sites safe every day does not go unnoticed. Congratulations to all the honorees – we truly appreciate everything you do! 🙌

✅ Excavation
✅ Utility installation

These are all the things that happen before a foundation is ever placed. It's not the most visible phase, but it sets the stage for everything that follows.
