Blade

Was just looking through USAU history on tournaments. And realized that we played against and beat a Charlotte team that had three pre pro players on it in 2014. This was our second year at Huckfest and I believe we had yet to join with the Old Hickory group (at least that's what USAU says). This is crazy because that loser, Macon, now plays with several of them and has been for a couple years.

Blade will be returning for Monkey Bowl 32 on August 28th.

Just wanted to throw out an idea. In two years, Macon will be eligible for Masters. What if we bring Blade back strictly in the Masters Division starting in 2022? Continued what we started. Food for thought.

While you begged for treats, I studied the blade.

Ended the weekend at Scinny 4-2, shout out to our new players for making a strong entrance!

We are unfortunately notifying everyone that our tryouts tomorrow have been cancelled due to Metro closing all of their fields. We will have to coordinate with NUM to decide there next best date, so stay tuned for the next message on tryouts and practices. Thank you.

Jody and I would really enjoy seeing Blade come out again This Year. We are drawn to the idea of “Can Blade be its best? Is Blade going to improve over years past? Can we continue having fun AND be competitive? We without a doubt believe the answer to those questions is YES!!! We certainly can if we are ready and willing to commit.

If those things are to happen we must start meeting, both for structure and conditioning, and the earlier the better. I want suggestions on a day/time/location we meet to discuss the future of BLADE in the next few weeks.

I am expecting a lot of comments on this post. So blow it up. We'll decipher through the mess. Post about what you want to see out of Blade this year.
