Guests enjoyed strawberry bruschetta, honey chipotle meatballs, and Flying Pig egg rolls during cocktail hour before heading to a buffet featuring Caesar salad, cornbread-crusted chicken, smoked beef brisket, roasted potatoes, and brown sugar glazed carrots.

One of the sweetest details of the night was the bride’s Pittsburgh tradition—a collection of homemade cookies sent home with every guest. It was a special touch that made the celebration even more memorable.

Two Fat Men Catering had a great time catering the 8th grade dance at Carroll Oakland Elementary School! 🌮🧁

Students enjoyed a Mexican buffet with beef tacos, chicken fajitas, beans, and rice, followed by chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes for dessert.
