Requirements:
+ High accountability and strong personal character
+ Coachable mindset and willingness to grow
+ Ability to follow the 3 Arrows structured inspection and communication process
+ Clear verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong computer proficiency (photos, email, report software)
+ Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
+ Construction background preferred
+ Current home inspector license is preferred
+ 90-hour home inspector training (InterNACHI, AHIT, etc.) completed or in progress required

Physical Requirements:
+ Walk roofs, climb ladders, access attics and crawlspaces
+ Kneel, crouch, stoop, balance, and maneuver in tight spaces
+ Safely lift standard tools and equipment
+ Maintain close, distance, color, and depth perception
+ Field work throughout Lebanon, TN and Middle Tennessee
+ Hybrid: field + home office report writing
