New things are happening around the farm. We are over the top excited about this project. And we cannot wait to share the end results with you. 😍

Our raised bed garden has been taking off!

Cucumbers, herbs, eggplants, squash and beans.

6 herb trays loaded in the dehydrator 🌱

All of our herbs we dehydrate and grind down to put into seasoning jars. These will be available in the farm stand as jars get filled.

A full dehydrator typically takes 6-8 hours at 95 degrees.

Homemade Oreos & Apple cinnamon bread will be in the stand shortly. The back porch is open until 4:00 today.

Pre orders are open for pickup Friday- Sunday.

The last batch of rolls are in the oven see you soon at the New Baden Farmers Market 8-12.
Any leftover items will be placed in the stand around 1:00 today.

The flower garden is taking shape day by day.
Cody leveled the ground this past weekend so I can set the reminder of the flower beds and finish planting our second batch of sunflowers and wildflowers. Currently we have a mix of rhubarb, blueberries, Dalia’s, Strawberry sunflowers, wildflower mix, Russian sage and lavender. I’ll be adding 3 varieties of poppy’s and 2 more varieties of sunflowers. 🌻
