One month from today we will join the community for Veterans Day by taking on the Hero WOD Chad. Come join us Saturday November 11th at 9am if you’d like to participate.

For the next two months we will do a Hero WOD once a week in memory of those who have fallen. Today’s workout “Zeus” was in honor of U.S. Army Specialist David E. Hickman. On Saturday November 11th we will join the rest of the CrossFit community in honoring Chad Wilkinson for Veterans Day.

The number one cause of firefighter line of duty deaths is cardiac arrest. To combat this, our members along with members of the Hartford and Lebanon fire departments participate in a specially designed class for first responders at the . We thank them for making this opportunity available to us!
