If you were curious about the difference between Red Light Therapy and Laser Therapy, here is your answer they may look similar but they are different!

Opioids, NSAIDS, and Red Light Therapy have been shown in peer reviewed research to be INFERIOR to High Energy, Non Thermal Red lasers.

You won’t hear this from mainstream medicine.

And red light companies will still claim there is no difference even when level 1 clinical trials of laser vs LEDs consistenly show superior outcomes from laser, especially in the long term at 6 and 12 months post treatment.

That is misleading either intentionally or because they don’t read quality research or they are a paid influencer.

This article I wrote for The American Chiropractor magazine in my monthly column will go over this quality research so you can make the best choices for knocking out chronic pain.

And when you stack this treatment with Chiropractic care you get a combo that is even more effective.

Whatever you call it, it’s a mental state that greatly enhances not only your performance, but how much you’re able to enjoy your dancing as it’s happening.

Who doesn’t want to dance better and have more fun while they’re at it, right!?

Despite how many dancers are aware of the role mental state plays in their performance and satisfaction, it’s sad how few dancers actually get support and training on how to practically utilize the power of their mind to achieve their goals.

Using simple practices and framework like the ones listed above can be a great way to start leveraging the power of your mind to perform and feel the way you want as a dancer.

This is some interesting information for dancers, however I feel it applies to Equestrians as well. Their ability to remember a course to me is similar!
