Front Office Secretary
ProWorks Collision Repair | Lebanon, TN
Local, Family-Owned & Operated Collision Repair Shop
We are looking for a friendly, respectful, and dependable Front Office Secretary to join our team! This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in keeping our shop running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering incoming phone calls
· Assisting walk-in customers with professionalism and care
· Filing invoices and organizing paperwork
· Overseeing all front office duties and daily administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
· Friendly and courteous personality
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to learn quickly and multitask
· Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
The position will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.
