Insurance skyrockets for condos and HOAs, previous disasters and climate change to blame Condos and HOAs are facing skyrocketing insurance costs with some losing coverage entirely.

From the meeting tonight, the HOA is looking for a new management company and the bushes out front of the buildings will be replaced by fall.

Good evening everyone! I hope we can work together and use this page as a helpful tool in communication within our community. Tonight there was a board meeting to elect 5 board members. Unfortunately I was only able to obtain 4 of those names. Those elected for 2 year term are as followed - Scott Kyle & Fred Segar. Those elected for a 1 year term are as followed - Joey Bishop & Timothy Presley.

This might be of interest to some, especially those who live west of town on Rough Way or Clubhouse. We got a notice that a Domino's Pizza may be built on the northwest corner of Rough Way and 63.

I like Pizza, and figure something will be built there, and I'd much rather have pizza than another carwash or tire store. My only concern is, the entry/exit will be onto Rough Way. It's already hard to turn left off of Rough Way onto 63. This added traffic on Rough Way will make it even harder. I called and was told when something is built on the other side, next to the new gas station, it will also have the entry/exit onto Rough Way.
