Some fun throwback pics. If your house looks like this…we can fix it. We stay busy and I don’t take before and afters like I used to. Many of our customers are yearly or every other year repeats so the houses stay much cleaner now. But every now and again we get a new customer with an untouched house for years😁

Roofs! Think twice before having a roof replaced. Sometimes they only need a professional cleaning. The last few years insurance companies are starting to look at this as proper roof maintenance. Removing the moss, mold, and algae not only visually improves your roof but extends the longevity.
And please, even if you go with another company, make sure your roof is softwashed, do NOT apply pressure to a roof!

Getting back healthy and getting houses clean! Every now and then I get a new customer that hasn’t had their house washed in several years. This was one of those fun days of a complete visual change and pictures doesn’t do it justice. Most of our customers a yearly or every other year bookings based on their preference. Most of the time a proper softwash will last a couple of years. If you live close to a main highway or around farms you may need yearly to keep the algae and dust stains at bay.

Finally back on my feet. Held Gabe out of school so he could assist me in getting two churches cleaned up today. Maple Grove got its seasonal wash and Willis Chapel got a good cleaning as well. I enjoy cleaning steeples, they often take time and multiple treatments to get cleaned without damage. Can’t wait to go back and check on this one in a few weeks.

I would like to take a moment to apologize for the delays we have experienced this Spring. Typically, by this time, we are fully operational. However, this Spring had a slower start due to colder temperatures. After finally getting our equipment up and running, and completing all necessary repairs, I experienced an unexpected setback with my back and sciatic nerve, which has kept me out of commission for a week now. If all goes as planned, I anticipate completing some church cleanings this week and making progress on our schedule by next week. I would like to extend my gratitude to all of you for your continued support. Your loyalty and referrals have enabled us to maintain a steady workload without relying on advertising over the past couple of years. We appreciate your patience and look forward to catching up on our schedule soon.

Warm weather is finally back on us. The cold nights are almost gone and about safe to de-winterize. We are planning to start prepping in the next few days. Work local next week to work out all the winter bugs and then hopefully be back in full swing. We are looking forward to another busy year and catching up with existing customers as well as meeting new ones. Feel free to text me or send a FB message. Text is the best way to contact me normally. Everyone have a great week and a Happy Easter!

Haven’t posted in awhile. Thanks to our outstanding customer base we stay busy and have a phenomenal year after year. You all are awesome. I get asked a lot what we do in the offseason when washing shuts down, well I do a little of everything. Something new thats taking off is custom epoxy floors, metallic and flake. They are durable, long lasting, and beautiful. My buddy I work with in construction is the one that assist with these large projects. The offseason for Tactical Wash involves building new homes, adding additions, renovations, and insurance rehabs from damage. If you are looking for any of the above get in contact with me and I will forward you on to Heritage Homes group. Great people and we take pride in what we do. Stay tuned, I am currently learning how to do custom counter top pours as well as concrete overlay showers. Always learning and always advancing!! Hope everyone has a great year, hoping to fire up washing in April!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Back on the Roof kick…
With major wind storms the last few years Insurance companies are getting hammered with loses from roof replacements. Today’s shingles are hard to match with yesteryears colors thus requiring the entire roof to be redone. This year we have had a common theme from customers calling about needing a roof wash to keep their insurance active. Since I wash roofs for a living I decided to dig into some reason a dirty roof could possibly be looked at by insurance.
Moss and Algae growing and causing the black streaks will lift the bottom of the shingle allowing wind to get under and tear the shingle off and allow moisture to access the house.
The moss and algae’s retain moisture and breaks the shingles down faster than the lifespan rating of the shingle.
It also shows the lack of roof maintenance to help the longevity of the roof in a adjusters mind.
These are the primary reasons I found in multiple spots explaining the insurance reasons behind it.
On the other hand if you are looking to sell your home it changes the curb appeal completely. Everyone knows roof replacements are costly, Thats something a new homeowner can see from the road and know it could be a problem before they ever leave the car.
Lastly, if your roof needs washed and even if you do not contact us, please do not let a company, spouse, family friend ect… pressure wash a shingled roof, this will damage it. Hire someone who softwashes, understands mix ratios and has the ability to safely complete the work. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
