I’ve never done her makeup before, and getting to spend this time with her was so special! She sat in my chair just enjoying being pampered while telling stories from her years as a wedding photographer, talking about motherhood, life, and sharing pieces of her heart along the way. She’s always been one of my favorite storytellers.

What a way to kick off May. Rachel’s wedding day on the 1st was truly so special, and I had to get these photos up of her reception ponytail!!
It was such a joy being part of her day from start to finish — arriving bright and early at 5:30 AM, spending the morning styling all of her girls, traveling over to the venue, being there for all the sweetest moments, staying through the ceremony, touching up through portraits, and then transforming her look for the reception ✨
There is still SO much beautiful content from this day I can’t wait to share 😍 Stay tuned for more from one perfect May wedding day!
