Introducing the MedX bicep curl



MedX was founded in 1986 by Nautilus creator Arthur Jones and is highly sought after for its build quality and strength curve. This piece features both a top and bottom weight stack, allowing the user to adjust resistance at the beginning of the movement. Increasing the top stack makes the start of the motion more difficult, giving you the ability adjust it to your exact anatomy and strength. Make sure to add it to your next arm day.

About Jason Dupree
Jason brings over 12 years of experience as a fitness and nutrition coach, working with athletes, strength athletes (bodybuilding, powerlifting, calisthenics), and everyday lifters.

His approach is results-driven and analytical—focused on cutting out distractions and dialing in what actually moves the needle. Expect a coaching style that’s positive and encouraging, but pushes you to perform at your highest level.

Areas of Expertise

* Strength & Conditioning: Build muscle, increase strength, improve power and athletic performance
* Nutrition: Performance, fat loss, and muscle gain strategies
* Mobility: Improve flexibility and get stronger through full ranges of motion

Staffed hours reminder:

We are staffed Monday–Friday from 11 AM–7 PM and weekends from 11 AM–5 PM.

First-time guests always lift free, but only during staffed hours. Outside of those times, a day pass must be purchased and a waiver signed before using the gym.

Anyone entering after hours without a valid day pass will be charged to the account used to sign in.
