By God’s grace, our new St. Luke Serbian Orthodox Church continues to rise day by day.

As we near completion of the exterior, there is still much work ahead to make our church fully functional and ready to serve in.

Our next phase includes completing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, closing in and finishing the interior to complete phase 1. Then we will continuing with flooring, the iconostasis and the many finishing details that will transform this building into our spiritual home.

We need your help to finish what we started.

Every donation large or small brings us closer to opening the doors of St. Luke and creating a lasting spiritual home for our families and generations to come.

We are very thankful to both Marin and Nemanja for their significant donations yo our church.

Following the blessing of the crosses a festive banquet was served.

We also celebrated the 5th birtday of Todor Stojanovich a visiting guest from Serbia, who is receiving the medical treatments in the local Neuro-solutions clinic. It is the desire of our hearts and prayer to our Lord for Todor’s speedy and full recovery.

A special guest from Dalas, a dear friend of our Parish Mr. Dragos Belcevich donated $20,000 to be used towards the completion of our church.

A heartfelt thank you to Father George Popovich and Marin Andric for the beautiful crosses that will soon crown the domes of our new church.

Marin generously donated both the materials and countless hours of craftsmanship to build these crosses, while Fr. George meticulously applied the 24K double-leaf gold by hand, bringing each one to life with extraordinary care and devotion.

May these golden crosses shine for generations to come, proclaiming the Light of Christ over Austin and serving as a beacon of hope, faith, and salvation for all who behold them.

Glory to God for all things! ☦️

Today, we had a beautiful Vidovdan celebration at our St. Luke church. The church was filled to capacity with faithful attendees, and the choir's responses were beautiful. Following the Divine Liturgy, a Memorial service was held to honor the fallen heroes of the Kosovo battle and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of freedom. Father Dragoljub delivered a powerful sermon on the significance of Vidovdan and the importance of sacrifice. Marina Popovich and her daughters, Adriana and Tatiana, prepared a Lenten luncheon. A moving Vidovdan program was presented by the young girls of our parish, and it was a pleasure to listen to their beautiful voices. The solo performance of Vidovdan by Sofija Radivojevic was beautiful and inspiring.
