If your athlete is looking to improve their swing, sharpen their slapping skills, or build more confidence at the plate, we are hosting a Hitting & Mental Performance Clinic on December 13th at Texas Hit Lab!

This clinic covers both the physical and mental sides of hitting, including:
✔️ Proper swing mechanics
✔️ Timing & pitch selection
✔️ Slapping footwork and direction
✔️ Building confidence at the plate
✔️ Mental routines to reduce pressure and anxiety
✔️ A 45-minute mental performance talk & Q&A for parents and athletes

Our goal is to help young athletes understand their swing, believe in their abilities, and leave with tools they can use every day.
