As always, Strongman Saturday is ONLY $5 and open to everybody, of all ability levels! Stones, yokes, logs, axles, sandbags, truck pulls, circus dumbbells, you name it, we have it!
Hey all!!
Strongman is ON tomorrow, but we need some help moving a piece of equipment from another affiliate. Let's meet at CrossFit Valor in Cedar Park at noon so we can get that squared away.
