Jose is like a firework of friendliness, making everyone feel like they've known him forever. And down in Austin, Gabriel is a true sparkler on our team, embodying dedication and family values – especially as he gears up to be a new dad!

Way to go winning that employee of the week, Carlos! You certainly deserved it! We all really loved that blue shirt you were rocking underneath your vest too. The amount of times you’ve gone the extra mile to get the job done right during service at your property is tough to keep track of, sir! We were a little late to give a shout out to our employee of the week from last week, but we haven’t forgotten. Everyone say hello to Juan! Juan is such a wonderful and hardworking man, that he had the audacity to apologize for “not looking presentable” enough for his photo because he came straight from his other job!? That’s just crazy talk, Juan! We love and appreciate you here at WL, sir… you show up every night and give it your all, even after giving it your all at your other job and we could never ask for more than that! If you see Juan on your property, give him a “thank you”.

It's time to announce the winner! This week, Mario was our employee of the week. He's only been with us briefly, but since day one, he has brought a positive attitude and the determination to be the best each night of service. If you see him on your property, give him a high five!

We enjoyed attending the Dream Starter kick-off mixer at Q2 stadium yesterday. Hearing the previous winner's journey over the last year hit home on how far we have come since our startup.
