Honoring Your YES + NO ————-
Our night last night was chill, aside from a doctors visit after Luke fell at his Dads 😢.
But even that aside it was so nice to just relax on the
with TJ + Grey.
We played with sparklers + relaxed on our new outdoor furniture.
We honored our yes + our no. Sometimes we overwhelm ourselves with events + holidays just because it’s “what’s expected”. If you honor what you truly need mentally, physically, and even extend that out to your family and honor it for them. 👉🏻You are mom, and you know what’s best for that little family.
👉🏻Just remember honoring yes + no is easier when you have a goal of what is best for you + your family. 👉🏻Then ask yourself “is this in line with my goal?” It’s definitely a muscle we exercise, so be patient with yourself.

I love this country! When I was a little girl I fell in love with the history + stories of people coming from all over the world to join the melting pot. I know our country seems divided on a lot topics + that breaks my heart. I proudly wear the red, white + blue + love what it stands for. YOU WERE NOT MADE TO BE SMALL! About a month ago I started + finished by , when I started it I expected to be inspired to an extent but wow was I shocked to find it was my saving grace in what was an unexpected trial. When I stepped out of my comfort zone, left my job, started going for the and took on more momma time I honestly thought it would be easy. It’s what I wanted + I still do, but I was wrong about the “easy” part. I suddenly was hit with crippling procrastination, fear, insecurities, self-doubt, + perfectionism based around my business. I keep making excuses, putting off videos, perfecting websites before launch etc... what I found under that when I got honest with myself + called myself to the floor was that I had fear. A whole ton of fear. I figured this out right around the time I found this book, + wow did this statement hit me hard. I was not made, MADE, by my Heavenly Father to play small. I was called to these amazing roles in life. It’s my responsibility to live up to my eternal gift as His daughter. Thankfully He gave me some grace in the transition with the boys. That part was natural. It was like putting a puzzle piece back where it naturally fit. The boys and I just flow. Being their mom is natural, + easy. It’s the lack of structure in my other world that brought me to my knees. Once I added structure, morning routine, and set goals + rewards for the day. It slowly becoming less of a burden. So if there is ANYTHING OR ANYONE keeping you small, let it go. Period.

Took an L last night at shopping minus this pic 📷 but more than made up for it with 🙌🏻 not ONLY did I find some dope stuff BUT I found my soul sisters in the process. We bonded over the sport of finding little yellow stickers on items + discussing essential items such as finding where boutiques buy their clothes + IG. We knew it was a match made in heaven so we exchanged numbers + already have plans for $1 and shopping deals around the valley. 💃🏼 where is the most random place you made a friend + actually met up with them again after?

It’s fly to be kind. To everyone around you, but most importantly to yourself + what you see in the reflection. I struggle with not being “enough syndrome” sometimes. So I tried something a little out of my comfort zones. Right before I jump in the shower. Fully in my birthday suit I bend over with my arms out and say as I stand back up, ending with my hands still extended but all the way to the air... “I LOVE MYSLEF RIGHT NOW” repeat x3. At first it feels off, maybe even weird. But once you get it going. You look forward to it. Sometimes we just need a little kindness from ourselves.
