Jackpot Joy in Davis County!

We had an absolute blast supporting all of the senior centers in Davis County at their annual celebration! This year’s theme? Casino Day! And yes; it was as fun as it sounds. It was held at the Clearfield Senior Center and they did a marvelous job putting it on.

We were honored to be asked to build one of those viral, human-powered slot machines (and you better believe we went all in!). From the flashing lights, and fun sounds, to the roaring laughter, it was a total win.

The real jackpot, though, was seeing the pure joy, giant smiles, and contagious energy from the incredible seniors in our community. We love what we do, but this was something special!

Jared Gaetz, one of our founders, is not only dedicated to helping homeowners keep their spaces safe and functional, he’s also deeply committed to the fight against Alzheimer’s. As the Executive Chair for The Longest Day in Utah, Jared had the honor of presenting at the Alzheimer’s Association Leadership Roundtable yesterday alongside Stacie Kulp and Lisa Phinney, to outstanding community leaders.

At Home Maintenance Experts, we’re proud to support this tremendous organization and its mission to advance research, advocacy, and support for those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We believe in a future where these diseases are no longer a reality.

Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2025 Alzheimer’s Association Summit in Atlanta Georgia. It was an empowering experience filled with knowledge, inspiration, and a shared determination to see Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia eradicated.

Hearing from experts, advocates, and those personally impacted, reinforced why this fight is so important. At Home Maintenance Experts, we are committed to helping seniors age in place safely and comfortably, and we stand with the Alzheimer’s Association in their mission to support families and find a cure.
