A multi-use court is an easily convertible court that has the ability to switch from one sport to another with ease. These courts can be used for basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, badminton, and much more. Whether you want to play one sport or several, multi-use courts are a great way to get more out of your investment in a court.

Lines are worse than useless when you can’t quite see them. They can make it confusing and difficult to effectively play sports. Acrylic and epoxy lines tend to improve the visibility of the lines that are present on the court.

Multi-use court surfacing is a great way to give your old court a new life. If you’ve gained a newfound love for pickleball, or your child has expressed interest in basketball or tennis, and your existing court doesn’t have the lines that make it easy to follow the rules, consider making this investment.

If you enjoy playing tennis or pickleball, making the investment in a court system for your home is a great way to bring these sports to you. But these two sports have distinctly different nets, meaning you may need two different nets to play these games. If you haven’t prepared ahead of time, don’t worry about finding sports accessories to prepare for each sport. Our team at Utah Court Surfacing has all of the nets you could need for either sport.

Many court owners may overlook the effects of wind on their court, but strong breezes can carry dirt, sand, pollen, and debris onto the surface. Over time, this extra grime can act like sandpaper, wearing down the surface and reducing traction. To keep wind damage at bay, regularly sweep or blow off debris and install wind barriers or fencing if you live in a particularly windy area.

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It is played on a smaller court than tennis, with a net more similar to that of badminton. The game can be played both indoors and outdoors, making it a great sport for a wide variety of players.

High humidity impairs the body’s ability to cool itself through sweating, making it feel hotter than the actual temperature. Monitor the heat index, which combines temperature and humidity, and adjust activity levels accordingly. Avoid strenuous activities during periods of high humidity.
