Here is an example of what I was recently able to negotiate for a client that not only saved them money, but also helped reduce a tremendous amount of stress during the process. 🏡

The new home was delayed in completion, so I negotiated for my clients to move into one of the builder’s existing homes with no rent, utility costs, or insurance expenses. I also negotiated the builder’s carpet discount, builder-paid removal of the existing carpet, installation of the new carpet, and moving assistance once the new home was completed.

This transaction still came with challenges, but staying persistent, solution-oriented, and advocating for my clients led to a successful outcome in the end.
