We are looking for experienced and reliable telemarketers for a USA-based Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) campaign.
Please note: Training is not provided — experience is a must.

Position: MCA Telemarketer (Remote)
Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 BDT (based on experience and performance)
Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with USA Time Zone)

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months experience in MCA or relevant US outbound sales campaigns
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Confident in cold calling, objection handling, and closing
• Must have a quiet work environment, stable internet connection, and working headset
• Laptop/PC is mandatory

Looking for experienced MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) agents to join our professional remote team. If you’ve worked on MCA lead generation, live transfers, or closing — this is your chance!

Campaign: MCA – USA Market
Position: Call Center Agent (Outbound)
Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)
Shift Time (BD Time): 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Attractive monthly salary 10,000BDT - 18,000 BDT
+ Weekly High Commissions 500BDT - 5,000BDT
+ Performance Bonus 1,000BDT - 7,000BDT
+ Attendance Bonus 2,000BDT (2 months after joining)
+ Fastival Bonus - Half of the salary (6 months after joining)

Joining: Immediate

Home Office Setup (Must):
• Laptop or Desktop
• Stable Internet Connection
• Good Quality Headset with Microphone
