Office Manager (Full-Time)
JB NETWORKING SYSTEMS LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Snellville, GA. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. As the central point of contact for our office, you will be crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Oversee and manage the office's day-to-day administrative procedures and systems.
Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and liaise with vendors for services like cleaning and maintenance.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with human resources tasks, such as new employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Manage office-related budgets and expenses, including processing invoices and purchase orders.
Ensure the office environment is safe, pleasant, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Plan company events, celebrations, and conferences.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work autonomously and show strong initiative.
Compensation
Salary: Competitive and based on experience. $37,000 to $68,000 annually for experienced professionals.
