Superhero Fire is looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead our Design Team both as a manager and designer. Must be NICET Level II or higher in Water Based Sprinkler Systems with 5+ years of design experience. Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not required. HydroCAD experience is preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the Design Team helping to mentor, train and develop team members
• Serve as the Estimating and Design Departments inside technical expert
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure a seamless transition between design and implementation
• Oversee and manage Design Department project schedules to ensure timelines are met
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of additional team members as team grows
