Got to be creative while solving some problematic eye sores in the kitchen. To stay in budget we hid the washer and dryer behind these faux drawers and used open shelving and a perfectly placed frame to hide the utility panel.

Showed this beauty to its new owner today and we’re all smiles. This was a super fun and personal project for us.

Waterfall countertops are actually great for grubby kid hands. Stainless appliances not so much. We’ve had our eyes on the cloe tile for a long while for this space.

The light fixture came original with the house. Had some brightly colored sad balloons hanging from it so we deconstructed it and painted the cords black. It’s subtle but feels like it belongs.

IKEA cabinetry for our console with wall mounted TV. Love the convenience of our luxury vinyl plank flooring with four kids and two dogs.

Added some tongue and groove texture to the ceiling.
