Yesterday Lane, Hunter, and myself tore down and loaded onto the trailer the old deck in 2 and half hours, today Hunter and myself put the frame about 80% back up, this was done in 5 hours after a trip to the lumber yard this morning to pick up the lumber, and 2 trips back to the store to pick up some items I hadn't planned on getting to today but did anyhow, btw Lane is 8

This is why you put facia on first then picture frame the deck and overhang the picture frame 1/2 inch past the facia so it doesnt collect stuff in between to rot your frame

We are currently in the process of repairs, this customer was taken advantage of by another contractor who took her deposite and ran with it, we have leveled the roof back out and are almost done rebuilding the porch area mor to follow when we are finished
