Founded in 2014 by Bradley Morris & Colin Mitchell. They prioritize supporting smaller farms for sourcing beans and making sure those farms get the recognition they deserve for taking risks in the coffee farming industry.

Built on humor, creativity, and an importance for not taking themselves too seriously. They prefer chatting it up with customers like besties rather than stuffy formal interactions.

Great coffee and a laugh…which is pretty much the whole idea.

Founded by Rasmus Madsen (2026 Danish Brewers Cup Champion), Kapo Chiu (2014 World Barista Champion) and Henrik Ellersgaard.

Poma isn’t just a roastery, but also a coffee research company.

They grow coffee in a climate controlled greenhouse outside Copenhagen, where they run many different experimental trials on coffee cultivation and collaborate closely with farmers to implement and scale up their findings.
