We used 9,360 lbs of tofu in 2021 made locally by Central Soy Foods here in Lawrence, KS. The tofu is made fresh using organic soybeans. We have been using their tofu for 19 years+ now. We love their tofu, quality & consistency + we like to support a locally owned small family business like our's. Thank you Central Soy Foods. We really appreciate it. 🙏🏽

12 degrees day temperature = Soup weather. We have made Stuffed Local Central Soy Tofu Soup with ground pork, pork meatballs, glass noodles, scallions, cilantro & crispy garlic in chicken broth. Add a little bit of garlic chilli sauce if you want to kick it up a knotch. 💥

Best way to warm up on a cold day is to have some Pork Rib Soup with tamarind, lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, onions, Thai chilli & cilantro. Served with a side of rice.
