Real Kansans have real stories that deserve to be heard.
Like many Kansans, Ariona knows that Medicaid is more than just a government program—it’s a lifeline for thousands of people. It’s what kept her healthy and gave her a future. When leaders block expansion, families in our state pay the price. Read Ariona’s story and more at realkansans.com

Healthcare should be affordable and accessible. However, due to federal cuts, Kansans are being forced to skip healthcare just to pay bills. We have to demand better from our leaders. The health of our families depends on it.

Kansans care for each other. We believe no one should struggle to see a doctor. Right now, over 350,000 Kansans rely on Medicaid to access healthcare—kids, working parents, and seniors in our state. When elected officials put politics over people, families face difficult choices.
Our leaders should make healthcare affordable for working families now. Protect Medicaid.

Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸 The American flag’s 50 stars and 13 stripes represent our states and original colonies, but it means much more.
It’s the opportunity to build a better future for our families. It’s the freedom to speak our minds and the liberty to make our own decisions. It’s the right to live life and be happy on our terms. What does the flag mean to you?
Healthcare shouldn't be a luxury. Food shouldn't be a struggle. When families can't afford necessities, everyone suffers—kids can't focus in school, workers can't stay healthy on the job, and communities grow weaker. Kansans deserve better.

We look out for one another. They should be looking out for us, too.

After spending thousands on health insurance, Kansans don’t have much left over to afford other necessities. Life shouldn’t be this hard.

Life is getting more expensive every day. 🫠 Grocery costs have skyrocketed, forcing Kansas families to cut back and go without the basics.
Rather than lowering costs, leaders in Topeka and Washington have made it more difficult for families to get by. It’s time our leaders focus on helping parents put food on the table.
