Massachusetts had an incredible showing at the USAging Annual Conference in San Diego!

Mass Aging Access was proud to join colleagues from Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs) and Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) from across the Commonwealth to learn, collaborate, and share innovative approaches to serving older adults.

Congratulations to the many Massachusetts professionals who presented educational sessions, sharing their expertise with peers from across the country. We're also especially proud to congratulate three Massachusetts organizations whose outstanding programs received USAging Aging Innovations & Achievement Awards:
• Mystic Valley Elder Services for its Supportive Housing Wellness Nurse Program
• Central MA Senior Connection for Justice in Motion (1st place)
• Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services for its Supportive Living Site at Cambridge Court Apartments

And as the conference concluded, we were thrilled to learn that AgeSpan was selected as an Administration for Community Living Health at Home Challenge Phase 1 Winner—another exciting example of Massachusetts leading the way in developing innovative approaches that help older adults age safely and independently at home.

These national recognitions showcase the innovative, person-centered work happening every day across Massachusetts to support older adults, caregivers, and communities.

Thank you to USAging for bringing together organizations dedicated to improving the lives of older adults and caregivers. We return inspired, energized, and ready to put new ideas into action.

Congratulations to everyone who represented Massachusetts so well—we're proud to be part of such an innovative and dedicated aging network.
