Do you struggle to find joy in the daily grind?

In a world that often chases bigger achievements, more possessions, or the next thrill, the writer of Ecclesiastes offers a grounded, God-centered perspective. After examining life's vanities and fleeting pursuits, he arrives at this clear conclusion: the best way to live is to embrace joy, do good, and find satisfaction in the everyday, our meals, our work, our ordinary moments.
These aren't just random pleasures; they are God's gift. He designed us to enjoy the fruit of our labor, to savor a shared meal, to feel contentment in honest work. Joy isn't a distraction from the norm; it's part of His provision in a broken world.
Let's pause and be thankful. Be intentional about joy. Do good where you are. Find pleasure in the tasks God has given you. In doing so, you're not escaping life; you're living it as God intended it.

Releasing Worry Have you ever felt overburdened? In this episode, I talk about laying those things down and overcoming and finding peace in those moments.

My feed here and on X are full of people worried about tariffs, and the economy. I get it, but the Bible tells us to be anxious for nothing... You see when we put our hope in Jesus the things of the world do not sway our hearts. There is a future glory that supersedes our current sufferings. I know the things we face in this world are real, but the Shalom of God that comes through Jesus is greater. Keep your eyes and heart fixed on Christ, where our true help comes from.

We may not all agree on social dynamics, politics, or how to govern a nation. I think we would all agree we need more love towards each other. I don't have to agree or even understand you to see you and yes, even love you.

In my brokenness, God found me, and His love changed my life forever. So I choose to put my faith, hope, and trust in Him.

“What if, instead of asking God to show us or do something new, we said, ‘God, remind me of what I’ve forgotten or haven’t been obedient to’?

Today, while in prayer, I asked God for a restart in some areas of my life. He met me with reminders, not new revelations. It’s easy to hyper-focus on the ‘new’ because we aren’t content with where we are. But what if the key to contentment—or the next level—lies in a reminder and then our follow-through on that thing?”
