Cinzano Rosso -
opens sweet, with cocoa powder and mocha leaning into a hint of raspberry jam, though it dries out on the finish. Overall it's balanced, versatile. 92 pts WE

The peeled lemons are being made into a Nepali achar (spicy pickles with spices, serrano chillis, & garlic).
