🎉 Throwback to June 2025! 🎉
June 2025 was when we officially started giving tours at 354 Park. We were showing apartments left and right, answering questions, and meeting future residents every day.
There was just one small problem... 🤣
We didn’t have an exact move-in date!
To everyone who applied, signed up, trusted the vision, and patiently waited for a move-in day that ended up taking 6 months instead of a few weeks... give yourselves a pat on the back! 👏👏👏
Your patience, trust, and excitement helped make 354 Park a success from the very beginning. Because of all of you, we were already 90% leased by the end of Summer 2025—before many apartments were even ready for move-in!
Today, seeing the building full of life and residents enjoying their homes reminds us how far we’ve come.

En junio de 2025 comenzamos oficialmente a dar recorridos en 354 Park. Mostrábamos apartamentos a diario, respondíamos preguntas y conocíamos a quienes se convertirían en nuestros futuros residentes.
Solo había un pequeño detalle... 🤣
¡No teníamos una fecha exacta de mudanza!
A todos los que aplicaron, confiaron en la visión del proyecto y esperaron pacientemente una fecha de mudanza que terminó convirtiéndose en una espera de 6 meses, ¡dense una palmada en la espalda! 👏👏👏
Su paciencia, confianza y entusiasmo fueron clave para el éxito de 354 Park desde el principio. Gracias a ustedes, para finales del verano de 2025 ya estábamos 90% arrendados, ¡mucho antes de que varios apartamentos estuvieran listos para mudarse!
Hoy, ver el edificio lleno de vida y a nuestros residentes disfrutando de sus hogares nos recuerda lo lejos que hemos llegado.

✨ To All Our Tenants — WOW! ✨
Thank you so much for your patience and support over the past three months. Our team has been working diligently across both properties to ensure a smooth transition as we welcome our new, returning, and transfer tenants to our new building at 354 Park.
And to our amazing tenants at 226 Common — thank you for being so understanding during this especially busy time. We truly appreciate your patience if maintenance requests have taken a little longer than usual… even though in reality it’s only been a couple of hours (hehe!). 😊

📚🚸 Back to School Reminder for Our Lawrence Community 🚸📚
School is back in session next week! That means more traffic, school buses, and kids crossing our city streets — especially during morning and afternoon hours.
Let’s all do our part by:
✅ Leaving a few minutes earlier for work
✅ Slowing down in school zones and residential areas
✅ Watching out for crossing guards and little ones walking to school
✅ Being extra patient — safety comes first!
Lawrence may be a small city, but we’re a strong and caring one. Let’s show that by making sure our streets are safe for every child heading back to school. 💛

Without them, 3JO wouldn’t be possible! Our Construction Team, Maintenance Team, Leasing Team, and Management Team— all in-house! This brand, 3JO, was created by an amazing individual who values their privacy. A big thank you to the incredible owners who started this journey in the ‘80s, and to the amazing generation that followed and took the brand to new heights. Cheers to being just months away from finalizing 354 Park, and to our next project on Canal St. We’re all just ‘kids from Lawrence’— and proud of it!

📢 New Construction Update – 354 Park Apartments (Lawrence, MA)
We’re excited to share that tours for our brand-new apartments located at 354 Park St, Lawrence, MA, will begin on Tuesday, July 15th!
🏢 Tour Details:
Tour Dates: Monday–Friday only
Tour Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Please note: Due to ongoing construction, we cannot accommodate tours outside of these hours.
🗓 Move-In Timeline:
We are currently estimating that new tenants can start moving in by October 1st, 2025. However, we kindly ask for flexibility as that date could be pushed to November 1st, depending on final construction progress.
