Father’s Day is almost here, and I keep thinking about how different the “perfect gift” might actually look. I don’t think most dads are hoping for another tie this year.
More often than not, it feels like what they really want is simple:
good food, unhurried conversation, and time with the people they love.
Nothing complicated. Nothing performative. Just a table, some laughter, and a moment to slow down together.
Maybe that’s the beauty of it—Father’s Day doesn’t have to be elaborate to be meaningful.
Sometimes the best way we can celebrate is simply by gathering.
🪑 Building community one table at a time.
What is your family’s Father’s Day tradition?

When we think of Father's Day, we often picture burgers and steaks on the grill. But this year, why not start the celebration a little differently?
Treat Dad to a hearty homemade breakfast with these biscuits and gravy. It's one of our family's favorite recipes, always gets rave reviews, and never leaves anyone disappointed.
If you're looking for a simple way to make Father's Day feel extra special, give this recipe a try. Good food, good conversation, and time together—those are often the things that matter most.
The recipe is on our website.
If you make it, let us know how it goes. We'd love to hear what Dad thinks!
After a week off for Family Week, we figured it was the perfect time to share some Season 10 bloopers! 🎬😂
These are just a few of our favorite silly moments from this season, and we hope they bring a smile to your face and brighten your day. Enjoy!
As we wrap up this season, our prayer for you is simple: enjoy the summer. ☀️🤍
Be present with the people you love. Notice the small moments. Laugh a little longer. Stay at the table a little longer. Create memories that will matter long after the season ends.
Practice kindness. Open your home. Extend hospitality. Love people well.
And don't spend so much time working that you miss the life you're working for.
As Paul reminds us in Philippians 4:4, "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!"
Thank you for spending this season with us. We pray your summer is filled with joy, connection, and God's abundant blessings. 🌿

Marriage isn’t built in one big moment — it’s built in the daily choosing. 🤍
The little conversations.
The thoughtful effort.
The date nights.
The moments that say, “I still choose you.”
Genesis 2:24 tells us to “cleave” to one another — to hold tightly, to pursue intentionally. But somewhere between responsibilities, routines, and everyday life, it can become easy to stop pursuing the person we love most.
Strong marriages don’t thrive on autopilot. They grow when two people continue showing up for each other again and again.
Not because things are falling apart… but because your relationship is worth nurturing before it gets there.
After almost 40 years of marriage, one thing we know for sure:
Healthy marriages are built when two people keep choosing each other, over and over again. ✨
