💲 Hourly Rates (per cleaner):
➡️ Standard clean: $25–$50/hr
➡️ Deep clean or move-out: $40–$70/hr
🏡 Flat-Rate Home Pricing:
➡️ 1 bed / 1 bath apartment: $100–$180
➡️ 3 bed / 2 bath home: $150–$300
➡️ Larger homes or deep cleans: $250–$450+
📐 Per Square Foot (great for move-outs or commercial):
➡️ Standard clean: $0.10–$0.25 per sq. ft.
➡️ Deep clean: $0.20–$0.50 per sq. ft.
🧼 Add-On Services (optional extras):
➡️ Inside fridge/oven: $25–$50 each
➡️ Window cleaning: $5–$10 per window
➡️ Laundry (wash & fold): $10–$20 per load

✔️ Factor in supplies, gas, travel time, and taxes.
✔️ Don’t undercharge your time and skill are valuable.
