Meet Catie! ✨
Catie has been part of the ProPlanit family since birth!This summer, she’s officially spending her days in the office as our Office Assistant or as we like to joke, “Tina’s Involuntary Assistant.” From tackling inventory to helping reorganize the office, Catie is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. You’ll also find her working alongside our team at events. We’re so grateful for her positive attitude, flexibility, and all the ways she keeps ProPlanit moving forward!

Meet Madison! ✨
Madison first joined the ProPlanit family in 2025 as part of our event staff, and just three months ago, she officially came on board full-time as our Junior Events Assistant. Since then, she's hit the ground running and continues to impress us with her enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn. From managing our social media and promotional products to diving into event design, Madison is embracing every opportunity to grow. We're excited to watch her continue to learn, create, and make her mark on the ProPlanit team!

Katie's journey with ProPlanit has come full circle. After spending 18 months with our team, she ventured out before finding her way back home to ProPlanit. Now, as one of our Senior Project Managers, Katie brings creativity, experience, and a fresh perspective to every project. Whether she's dreaming up innovative event concepts or turning ideas into unforgettable experiences, she's a go-to source for event design and creative brainstorming. We're so happy to have Katie back on the team and can't wait to see the incredible events she'll continue to create!

Meet Sherry!✨
For the past 8 years, Sherry has been the financial backbone of ProPlanit. As our Chief Financial Officer, she brings over 30 years of accounting experience and plays a vital role in keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From managing the numbers to supporting the foundation of our business, her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication make an incredible impact every single day. We're grateful for all that Sherry does and proud to celebrate the experience and leadership she brings to the ProPlanit team!
