Thoughts on Meal Prep...
If you want to regulate your nutrition and what you are eating Meal prepping is the way to go. Many people find Meal prep to be a scary task, but I can guarantee you if you set aside a time and when to grocery shop. You can be done with Meal prep in 3 hours tops!
For example: if you find that on Saturday evenings or Sunday afternoons is the best time to Meal prep sit aside that time once a week to do just that.
When you take the intentional time and thought into your meals it does show the results in a matter of time. Meal prep can be used to track your calories for weight loss, wanting to eat better, saving money or adopting a healthy lifestyle. It can become your best friend!

~Chronic Pain and Movement~
Do you suffer from chronic pain? If so, this post is for you Many people do usually correlate Movement with decreasing chronic pain. Being sedentary does increase chronic pain and stuffiness over time.
Personally I suffer daily chronic pain from a military injury. But I realized Movement and staying active does decrease the pain. Things I do are walking, if I am sitting down for work I get up and move around every hour to keep my joints and muscles fluid.
Doing simple such as walking, riding a bike, gardening, yoga, lite workout a some things you can do stay fluid and have some relief from chronic pain used correctly as a supplement in addition to medicines you may have from your doctor!
