Position Details
This is a regular, full-time, in person position located in the central DC and Baltimore area. Applicant must be within a commutable distance. Benefits include paid time off, medical reimbursement stipend, holiday pay, eligibility for 401K and training and development.
Reports To: Lead AV Technician / AV Project Manager
Work Environment: Office, client sites, classrooms, and live event venues.

In the past few weeks, we’ve been reflecting on what an incredible year we had in 2024. As we roll into spring, we wanted to emphasize our THANKS.

Yes, THANK YOU. We are fully aware that we wouldn’t be here without your support. From business referrals to clients procuring new services, every single connection has made a difference.

What else?

Our most unique opportunity proved to be adding the Maryland School of the Deaf as a client; we provided AV services and supported hybrid events for their community. As you can imagine, this was incredibly gratifying on many levels.

✅ Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission: Providing cabling and AV equipment services

✅ Smithsonian: Delivering a comprehensive audiovisual and cybersecurity audit

✅ Columbia Association: Implementing board meeting support and IDIQ on-call AV services

✅ National Association of Broadcasters: Networked with dozens of colleagues and met incredible new vendors

✅ Growing our client base in Maryland and Washington, D.C. as we continue to expand our services and AV support to new markets, industries, and unique areas
