Not so sightly was the condensation and cracked caulk on this aged, plastic block window. A long standing culprit to a slew of leakage.

However! Our homeowners had this beautiful custom made, glass block window patiently waiting to take its place. With a little team effort, this gem was snugly secured, promising efficiency and style for years to come!

It may not look like much but a lot of TLC went into this last one. Small details like reframed garage doors, fresh siding, window swaps and added function via new entry doors; all aid in the longevity of this faithful building!

💧Water woes take many forms. This unsightly system was doing little to divert run-off and and was far from discrete. Once Jake was finished, this French drain system displaced water 80 feet from the down spout and even conjoining water filtration discharge as well.

Vanity re-vamp! We wrapped up this micro remodel not too long ago but had some hiccups with the original vanity. Nevertheless, the new one is in and this bathroom is now complete! ✨️

We don't mean to be distant, but this last one had Jake hitting the ceiling! Quite literally. The drywall in this area was needing constant repair from heat damage. Jake put a permanent stop to it by fixing the damage and reinforcing each sheet with RFP board. But let's be real, those false beams steal the show and give this area a whole new vibe! 🤎
