Why get up at 4am and do hard crap? Because if you do enough hard crap, lift enough heavy crap, endure a little more cardio crap the regular everyday hard, heavy endurance is tolerable. Plus my demons are too weak to survive this crap. This is how I silence them. The self doubt, regret, yet Unobtained goals this is where they are silenced. This is where my mind can be quiet enough to hear what God has for me today.
