Fresh Sausage made from 100% pork. Smoked sausage made from beef and pork. I am making a batch of everything today and tomorrow, message me if you would like to place an order.

I will also be taking whole animals, and all meat is kept separate.

I am not accepting any whole animals. I will take boneless meat for grinding and sausage though. If you do bring boneless meat in, please make sure it is cleaned up and ready for the grinder. Call to schedule a time for drop off
