Wildwood recently contributed over $2.4 million into our employees' 403(b) retirement accounts!

We believe in investing in the people who invest their time and passion into our mission. For eligible staff, Wildwood contributes a percentage of your salary based on your years of service at the agency. Staff Day 2026 - Wildwood Programs At Wildwood, our team works tirelessly year-round. But for one special day every year, we hit the pause button. Staff Day is our dedicated time to step away from our daily routines, relax, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

Earlier this week, several of our incredible staff members were recognized at an awards presentation for completing the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Microcredentialing Program at SUNY Schenectady County Community College!

Unlike a typical workshop, a microcredential is a rigorous, targeted college-level program designed to build highly specific industry expertise. By completing these intensive courses, our team has mastered advanced skills in specialized care, advocacy, and community integration.

This achievement equips our team with the cutting-edge knowledge needed to continue providing the highest quality support to the individuals and families we serve. We are so incredibly proud of their dedication, hard work, and commitment to continuous learning.

• A full-time overnight DSP
• A full-time daytime DSP with varying hours depending on the day

Thank you to the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce for collecting donations at their golf tournament on Monday, June 15 to benefit Wildwood's Staff Cupboard. Golfers who make a donation to the cupboard can earn mulligans to use throughout the contest.

The Staff Cupboard helps ensure employees and their families have access to food and personal care items, leading to improved employee retention which allows Wildwood to maintain consistency, quality of care, and meaningful relationships with the people we support.
