New Automated Clearing House (ACH) rules, implemented in 2026 by the National Automated Clearing House Association’s (NACHA), are designed to strengthen security, reduce fraud, and help ensure electronic payments reach the correct account. As a result, the name used on direct deposits and electronic transfers should match the name on your Sunmark account exactly.
