Fall is here in Las Cruces! Highs in the 70's and lows in the 50's. We have several long-term spots available for RVer's that want to ride out the winter in a mild climate and great central US location.

From the owners and staff, our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to one of our longtime tenant's that lost their RV in a fire recently here at the RV park. if you are able and wish to donate your time or money to assist this woman in rebuilding her life, please contact management now to see how you can help!

The owners have given her a room at the motel (Even though it is closed for renovation) to try to help her regroup, but she lost the majority of everything she owns.

Out of respect for her privacy now pictures will be posted of her devastating loss.

The Monsoon season arrived early this year! If your RV have a leaky roof, our RV Park is the perfect place to ride out monsoon season.

While it rains every day all around the park, our RV park generally gets less than 2.8" during monsoon season! You can drive to the next exit going to Walmart, and get caught in a deluge, and our park will be dry.

The park is nestled in an area lower than the desert to the west, protected by mountains on 3 sides.

With Monthly rates as low as $500 a month all bills paid for licensed contractors and other work campers, we are the park to stay at in Las Cruces if you are experiencing RV roof and window issues.

The new movie Wanted Man wrapped up a filming a scene on the back lot of our motel that is currently under construction.

The new crime action drama stars Kelsey Grammer and Dolph Lundgren and our entire staff was thrilled to host the entire production team.

Since the motel is currently closed for a major multi-year renovation, almost anything is possible, and we are very accommodating to both indi and major film studios.
