Hello LC3 Members!
We are at that time of year when we need to assess any gaps within southern New Mexico, more specifically, Dona Ana County and its surrounding areas! See the flyer below!
LC3 Conducts Community needs assessment, gap analysis and subsequent 3-year strategic plan to close system gaps amidst another pandemic disruption. LC3 proved to be an effective vehicle for coordination and resilience as a central hub of information and action during the pandemic. The long-term vision for LC3 is to develop an ecosystem of coordinated communication and collaboration amongst providers to improve health outcomes by building capacity for system interventions.
To build the Ideal Behavioral Health System in our region and increase access to behavioral health, particularly for the most vulnerable populations identified in our Community Needs Assessment.

We at LC3 are hoping to support the Southwest region while the Crisis Triage Center (CTC) is currently not accepting patients for crisis services.
We are looking to provide a list of providers to share with those in need, specifically around crisis intervention.
Click the form link below to add organizations/services to the list!
The CTC was a way to combat the mental health issues that are present in New Mexico, especially in the southwest region. Although NM has a crisis hotline, the CTC served as a location for those in crisis to get treatment as soon as possible. The CTC served over 1,200 citizens in crisis in 2023 alone. While the CTC is closed and this service gap remains, we hope to fill this need by providing existing resources. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
