Goal: 100 Followers – Shop Build & Live Diagnostics
Hey everyone. I’m building this page to document the setup of my automotive shop and the work I do — diagnostics, transmission work, custom tools, and repairs.
My goal right now is to reach 100 followers so I can start doing live video streams of repairs, diagnostics, and builds directly from the shop.
Facebook requires at least 100 followers before a page can livestream, so that’s the first milestone.
What you’ll see here:
Real diagnostics and troubleshooting
Transmission and engine work
Custom tools and equipment
Shop build and organization
Live repair streams once we hit the goal
I’m still figuring out the business side of all this, but I want to build something real and share the process.
If you’re interested in cars, diagnostics, fabrication, or learning, feel free to follow the page.
Once we hit 100 followers, the live streams start.

Shop Setup Help – Small Garage
I’m setting up my shop and honestly organization isn’t my strong side. I’ve been busy fixing cars and traveling for work, so tools keep piling up and the place gets messy every time I come back.
Garage is 24×20 (two-car garage) and I’m trying to figure out the best layout.
Stuff I need to fit:
2 tall 3-shelf racks
Long work tables
Transmission machine
Injector testing machine
Welder
5 FDM 3D printers + 3 resin printers
Computer diagnostic station
Toolbox + test equipment
If anyone has layout ideas or photos of their shop setups, I’d appreciate it.
I’m also trying to reach 100 followers so I can start doing live video streams of repairs and builds.
That’s really the main reason I started the page — still figuring out the business side of things.
So feel free to drop ideas, pictures, or follow along while I build this shop out.

2016 Chrysler Town & Country – No Start After Transmission Swap (Looking for Input)
I picked up a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country to do a 62TE transmission swap. The used transmission we found was in good condition and cheap (under $300), so we went ahead with the job.
However, the vehicle was delivered to me in what appears to be a no-start condition, which I wasn’t clearly told beforehand.
Lesson learned — always verify the exact condition of the vehicle before accepting the job.
Here’s what I’m seeing:
Insert key → dash lights up like a Christmas tree
Turn the key → no crank
I hear a click, but the engine does nothing
All the warning lights stay on
Before I call the customer back and explain what I found, I’m curious what others would check first.
Possible thoughts I'm considering:
Weak battery / bad ground
Starter or starter relay
Transmission range sensor / gear position issue
TIPM issue
CAN communication problem
Has anyone run into this on a 2016 Town & Country with the 62TE?

🔧 Quick Car Question (No Google )
If your engine is cranking but not starting, which one of these is the most important thing to check first?
A️⃣ Fuel
B️⃣ Spark
C️⃣ Compression
D️⃣ Timing
Drop your answer in the comments 👇
Modern engines rely on all four working together perfectly, and a single bad sensor or signal can throw everything off.
Tomorrow I’ll explain the correct diagnostic order and why most people end up replacing the wrong parts.
I'm developing a plug-in engine diagnostic tool to quickly check engine health and timing without expensive equipment. It analyzes compression, ignition, sensor signals, fuel/air mixture, and system communication signals. If you're interested in testing or using this tool, like this post.

🔧 New Shop – Advanced Engine & Transmission Diagnostics
Hello everyone,
My name is Joshua and I specialize in advanced engine and transmission diagnostics, rebuilds, and system-level troubleshooting.
Modern vehicles are complex systems with dozens of sensors and computers communicating through CAN networks. Instead of simply replacing parts, I diagnose the entire system — checking firing sequences, timing, fuel and air mixture, sensor data, and computer communication to identify the real cause of problems.
My focus is long-term reliability, not just horsepower or temporary fixes.
Services include:
• Engine diagnostics and rebuilds
• Transmission diagnostics and rebuilds
• Full vehicle system health checks
• Sensor and electrical diagnostics
• CAN network analysis
• Custom dashboards and sensor setups
• Custom 3D-designed parts and tools when needed
Think of it as a complete technical checkup for your vehicle — making sure everything is working together the way it was engineered.
If you’re tired of parts being replaced without solving the real problem, feel free to reach out.
Reliable diagnostics save people thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs.
