lately I’ve been way more interested in foods that actually do something for me instead of just tasting good
not in an obsessive way…
just noticing how much better I feel when I focus more on nutrient-dense foods
these are a few random things I’ve been reaching for lately ☻

copying someone else’s nighttime routine never worked for me… I’m way more likely to relax when I have something I actually look forward to at the end of the day 🌙
p.s. I tried tart cherry juice yesterday. I wasn’t expecting to like but it was really nice and I fell asleep pretty quickly — definitely trying it again tonight!!
Some might think my lifestyle is overboard…
but I promised myself that when I finally felt better, I’d never forget how I felt during the times when something as simple as brushing my hair felt like a marathon.
That’s what keeps me wanting to learn more about my body, how each system works, and how I can support every aspect of it. ❤️🩹

was chasing a feeling and found more than I bargained for 🩵
Turns out there’s a lower-stress way to travel that isn’t boring 👏🏼
My biggest fear is missing out on local experiences. So my itineraries were always go go go. 🥱
These three changes made me feel so much calmer the whole trip and I still got to do everything I wanted to do.
